Grob 109B Vigilant
The Grob 109B is a high performance self launching motor glider capable of operating up to 18,000 feet at speeds in excess of 130 knots. Training in the Vigilant is carried out at up to 8,000 feet at between 60 and 70 knots.

Power is supplied by a Grob E2500 engine providing up to 95 brake horse power. With a feathered propeller the aircraft has a glide ratio of 1:25.
